KELSEY & ANDY | ENCHANTING EDINBURGH WEDDING AT HISTORIC HENRY BREEDING FARM

Every wedding has that one moment. The one where I can look out through my own tear-filled eyes and see that every other set of eyes in the room are just as wet as my own. The one where every one is focused on what is in front of them. The moment when the love is radiating so much that not only is it displayed on my viewfinder, but I can feel it in the air. I have to say that Kelsey and Andy's absolutely enchanting wedding day at Henry Breeding Farm in Edinburgh, Indiana had more of those magical moments than any other wedding I've photographed. Man, people really love them. Every single guest gave me either a tear, laugh, or hug to capture. Every moment was lived in the fullest of emotions and nobody was shy about expressing how much they cared for this couple.

It's true that I had a gazillion opportunities to capture some unforgettable moments, but if I had to pick just one time that filled my heart with the most joy, it would have to be the dances that this bride and groom shared with their parents. I may have a bit of bias in the form of postpartum hormones, but there was something so magical about seeing the way that Andy's momma wiped away his tears first before her own as he swayed her on the dance floor. Kelsey's dances with her dads was also something that resonated with me. Being the lucky daughter of one amazing dad and one equally amazing step-dad myself, it was so special to witness how each of them held their little girl close, whispered in her ear and made her rest her head on their shoulders like she was a kid again.

While the person at the other end of the aisle is undoubtedly the most important person on anyone's wedding day, I just adore capturing the moments between all of the other special people that helped shape the new husband and wife into the person that they are on the day they say, "I do." Every bridesmaid, groomsman, mom, dad, grandparent, friend, aunt, uncle, and cousin that came to see Kelsey and Andy say their vows clearly had a great impact on their lives. The amount of love and support shown to these two was truly unmatched and I was so happy to have been there to see it all.

In addition to the people they hold dear, the new Mr. and Mrs. Williamson gave me so many precious details to capture. I am still awing over Kelsey's dress. It was so simple, yet intricate and the design of the back made the timelessness of the dress just a bit more fun and modern. She was truly a beautiful bride, and I'm not the only one who thought so. Andy's tears and the alter and his unending compliments to his bride the rest of the night kept her glowing with happiness. The soft sage looked incredible on every bridesmaid and in every detail. Not to mention it made Kelsey's eyes absolutely pop. Nobody did the button-up-boutonnière-boots combo better than Mr. Grayson, but my favorite detail was Kelsey's grandmother's house key on her bouquet. Precious doesn't cut it.

Thank you both so much for an amazing wedding experience. Thank you to all of your friends and family that were so kind and helpful to me. I often times felt like I was a guest instead of the photographer. I know the rest of your lives will be just a beautiful as July 30, 2022, but it sure doesn't hurt to relive it, and here are just a few of my favorites to help you out.
