JOE & ASHLEY | A VINTAGE GLAM WEDDING DAY AT PARIS PARK

Someone once asked me what's my favorite weather to shoot. I just showed them Joe & Ashley's engagement session. Every single chill bump was worth all of that magic. But unfortunately in southern Indiana, you just never know when that weather will happen. So aside from the majestical winter wonderland, I have to say that Fall is my favorite. I may be a tad bit biased. I got married on October 24, so that feeling of crisp air, falling leaves, and cloudy skies instantly makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. After photographing their engagement session, completely fangirling over Ashley's ring, and knowing that their wedding date would be October 7th, let's just say I was slightly excited for the Neace's big day.

And they did not disappoint. It was so many of my wedding day dreams brought to perfect execution. The vibe was fall, but not in-your-face fall. It was so classy and elegant. Bold, but also understated. There were so many amazing details. Ashley's ring ranks super high in my hall of fame. It's from the Marilyn Monroe collection by Zales and it could not be more perfect for such a stunning lady. That put next to the feathers on Ashley's train and the golden accents scattered throughout the florals gave such a vintage glamor vibe and I had the besssssssst time photographing it all.

Even better than the details and decor was the love between Ashley and Joe. Cool as a cucumber, Ashely had the time of her life laughing and making memories the entire morning while Joe paced around so eager to make sure everything was perfect. It was the cutest thing ever. Their energy was finally matched, though, when Joe saw his bride for the first time walking down the aisle. You could just see the calm wash over his face and that's how he remained the rest of the night. As long as they're together, there's not a worry in the world. These two really are made for each other.

I, for one, loved to watch those around them. The new Mr. and Mrs. Neace had the best village choreographing their day. From parents, aunts and uncles, friends and cousins (not to mention the incredible team at Paris Park), everyone rallied around these two young people with just as much love and excitement for them as the newlyweds had for each other. The glitz and glam is amazing, but nothing else really matters when you have that kind of love surrounding you all day.

That being said...*Squeals*

It's my honor to give a little preview into this spectacular wedding day! I had the time of my life capturing all of these moments and I'm so happy for Mr. and Mrs. Neace.
