Actually pinch me right now. How incredibly blessed am I not only to get to witness such magical moments, but I get to capture them too?! It honestly never gets old. Hannah and Justin’s wedding was one of those “I must be dreaming” days.
From the moment I walked into the venue, everything fell perfectly into place. I could go on and on about the gorgeous florals on the tables. Or the adorable programs. I could mention how colorful and inviting the ceremony site was next to the water. I could also talk about how Hannah looked like a glistening princess in her gown. I could gush and gush about the beautiful bridesmaids. I could even say how spiffy the gentlemen looked in their coordinating ties. Even though all of these things were spectacular and so much fun to photograph, when I look back at all of these images, I see the joy over every detail.
Man, this was a fun bunch. I knew after their engagement session that Hannah and Justin could create the most whimsical moments on camera. They’re so comfortable with each other. They’re obviously gorgeous, but they also know how to be silly. They live in the moment and make each one special. Every aspect of their day had that “fairytale” edge. I don’t know how to explain it, but it’s just that little bit of extra sparkle.
I know I’m not the only one who sees that in the new Mr. and Mrs. Stephenson, as made clear by the massive amount of family and friends that came to celebrate them. There was no shortage on tears, hugs or belly laughs. It was precious to get to see their people rally around them and to feel the support they will undoubtedly receive through the rest of their married life.
I know this is just the start of a beautiful adventure for these two and I can’t even express how overjoyed I am to share just a glimpse into their perfect day.
