BROOKLYN & BLAZIE | A PERFECT SPRING WEDDING AT THE OLE RED BARN

I think I heard the word “perfect” more on May 9th than I ever have before in one day.
Perfect weather.
Perfect ceremony.
Perfect venue.
Perfect couple.
Perfect day.
In every conversation, between family, friends, and guests, I heard so many people comment on how perfect the Sebastian wedding was. As someone who got a front-row seat for all of the big moments, I can truly attest that everything was…well, perfect!
Yes, God gave us a perfect Spring day. Everything was beautiful. From the breathtaking florals to the table decor to Brooklyn’s stunning dress, every single hair seemed to be perfectly in place.
But here’s the thing: even if you take away all of that; even if Blaize and Brooklyn had dressed up in potato sacks and said their vows in front of a dumpster in a blizzard, it still would’ve been perfect. Nothing could’ve made the new Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian’s day anything less than that, as long as they were married.
But, I’m sure not going to complain about the plethora of perfection I got to capture! This wedding had so many unique touches that were a true reflection of the bride and groom. Wrap your head around this: Blaize asked Brooklyn to be his girlfriend on May 9th…seven years ago! And the truck that’s featured in so many of their portraits is the very one that they rode in to their first date.
All of the love and support for these two was on full display. I could see generations of couples that helped shape this union. Every tear, open-mouthed laugh, and chicken tender that built this day made it that much more memorable.
What an honor to capture such a perfect day! I admittedly have a soft spot for high school sweethearts. In my personal experience, when you fall in love young and stay in love, you get to be young forever. That’s exactly how I feel about these two. They just have fun together!
It is my absolute delight to showcase their perfect day with just a few sneak peeks! Ladies and gentlemen: Mr. & Mrs. Sebastian!
