BROOKLYN & BLAIZE | A RAINY ENGAGMENT SESSION AT LANIER MANSION

I have such a soft spot in my heart for high school sweethearts. There's just such a familiarity and tenderness between a couple when they've grown up together. Although these two already have quite a few years in the books, now that they're ready to become Mr. & Mrs., there's a whole new excitement in the air! I could feel it and I'm certain anyone who looks at these images will too.

Blaize and Brooklyn met me at the beautiful Lanier Mansion one drizzly evening to take pictures that look like they stepped into a romance novel. I love shooting here because the endless background options make every single session so unique. The light, but persistent random drops of rain added other level of personality to this shoot. I'm absolutely drooling over these results.

I loved how much these two took full advantage of every prompt and environment. They aren't afraid to stand in the dirt or frolic in the rain. If the way they tackled this "rainy day" is any indication of how they'll tackle marriage, I'm fairly certain they can take on the world together.
