AVA & LUCAS | A SOFT AND ROMANTIC ENGAGEMENT SESSION AT MOUNT SAINT FRANCIS

There are many full-circle moments I have been honored to have experienced over the course of my career. I've seen children grow into adults, couples turn into families, the same people in different stages of life, celebration, grief, and literal answered prayers all through my viewfinder. As I'm sitting here reflecting, I'm beginning to wonder if this may be a first in TALPhotography history: two of my previous seniors are now my engagement clients!

Why exactly does that make me so happy? One: because they're adorable and who doesn't love an adorable couple to photograph?! Two: because I know their personalities and I knew that they would be the perfect easy-going, playful couple that I could throw any posing prompt at and they would kill it.

What I didn't expect, though, is just how tender these images would turn out to be. Between all of the giggles and adventure, Ava and Lucas brought a closeness and enchanting connection to the session that I absolutely adored getting to capture. All of that under one cloudy sky that had just enough sun breaking through to wrap these two love birds up in one big, warm hug made me quite the happy photographer.
