One of the coolest things about being a parent is seeing how different your children can be. Even though they have the same parents, they are so much their own person that it's mind-blowing. This difference is even further exaggerated when the siblings are different genders. For example: yesterday, my 2-year-old daughter put on seven different outfits throughout the course of the day while my 5-year-old son caught four live flies with his bare hands and trapped them in Tupperware.

Life is never boring and I feel so blessed to get to have these moments. That's why I'm so excited for the Jackson family! Mr. Quincy James recently made his appearance (let the record show my guess was correct) and now this family of four will get to experience these moments together for years to come!

Little man was wide awake for the entire session and he was perfect. He's fully settled into his new home and he rules the roost. I know big sister Ellie will take good care of him and I can't wait to watch his little personality grow!
