STUCKWISCH MATERNITY

If anyone ever asks me what is my favorite weather for sessions, the answer is always snow. Southern Indiana certainly is unpredictable as far as the forecast goes, but those rare perfectly bright and white snowy days are always a dream to shoot. So when we woke up to a fresh blanket of the sparkly stuff on the day of the Stuckwisch maternity session, I was more than excited.

Lucy and Chad are planning to welcome their first bundle of joy right after the holidays! I always said that this would be the perfect timeline for pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. Coming from a momma who was terribly sick through out the holidays and then about to pop in the dead of summer (THREE TIMES) I always thought it would be so nice to have a Christmas or New Year's baby. That's ok, though! God knows what we need when we need it, and He even knew that Lucy and Chad would get to experience this unique time in parenthood in a winter wonderland.

This child will be so loved and so adorable. I can't wait to see their transition to mom and dad, but in the meantime, I will just awe over the fact that Lucy looks like a winter forest fairy nymph in every perfect picture. Starting with this stunner....
