Whew! What a week. I've had nine sessions in the past five days and I feel so incredibly blessed. My clients are the best ever! And I can't think of a better way to wrap up my photography marathon than with a family session featuring my beautiful friend, Miranda.
Y'all, get this:
Miranda and I got married the same year. We started pharmacy school together; we were carpool buddies! Then Miranda finds out she and hubby Elisha are expecting a little one during the most academically difficult time of the program. She has Noah, returns to school two weeks later, and graduates with a 4.0.
Fast forward a couple years, when my baby was two weeks old and I still couldn't think straight or walk because my feet were still so swollen and I thought to myself, "Miranda is superwoman."
Not only that, but she's an amazing mother and wife. She and Elisha share the same fun-loving attitude. They're easy going and upbeat all at the same time. And they've given their traits (and good looks) to their boy, Noah. I just can't get over his sweet boots and muddy knees. Memories, people! And like Miranda said, these are the things I have to look forward to.
The golden hour magic was stroooooong in this session. This perfect Indiana sunset created the most creamy, dreamy images, and I'm a tad obsessed. That coupled with some sweet snuggles and Noah's chameleon eyes (in one image they're blue, in another they're green...) made for one incredible family session! Thank you so much, Shelton's, for a fun evening. There were times I forgot I was even at a session, it just felt like a nice evening at the park with friends.
Oh, and they may or may not be Dolphins fans. I'll let you decide.
