GRAYSON MILES | NEWBORN

My almost-seven-year-old son's newest favorite phrase is "feast your eyes" and I suppose that's why my initial thought for an opening to this post was:

Feast your eyes upon this adorable little nugget!

Because Mr. Grayson certainly is scrumptious! What an incredibly calm session he gave us. He's a simple little man. Only fussing if he wanted a snack. He's easy to please and even easier to photograph!

As crazy as it may be, I remember my own little boy being about this size and all of the feelings that come with those newborn days. Now here he is running around, catching live flies between his fingers and then telling me to "feast my eyes" on them.

All of this to say: boy, it sure does go by fast.

Emily and John, parenthood suits you both so well. It sure is an adventure and I'd be lying if I said it doesn’t get more exciting from here on out. Enjoy these first sweet days with Mr. Grayson. It truly was a pleasure meeting him.
